All sessions are 55 minutes and are reserved in advance by appointment only. Exercises include a combination of work on the reformer and the trapeze table (aka the Cadillac), split chair, ped-a-pull, ladder barrel, step barrel, magic circles, rotating discs, balance boards, foam rollers, springs, tubing, therabands, physioballs, light free weights, and mats. Exercises are modified to fit individual needs and capabilities.
Depending on your schedule and fitness goals, I offer various Sessions & Rates. Each type is described in the following table.

Introductory one-on-one |
Please arrive about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a health history questionnaire (forms may also be picked up in advance or mailed in advance upon request). The first 15-20 minutes of your scheduled session allows time for a fitness interview, injury history, goal setting, and postural analysis. This one-on-one contact and information is vital to create an individualized workout program and answer any of your questions. The rest of the session consists of implementing your tailored workout program, introducing the Fundamental work of Pilates, then transposing that work to the equipment.
